Available tenders

GAWB is committed to undertaking our procurement of goods and services, including construction, in line with the six principles of Queensland Procurement Policy.

We encourage contractors, consultants, and suppliers to tender/quote for the supply of goods and services, if approached by GAWB.

Available tenders, including for major projects and/or higher value activities, are listed at www.vendorpanel.com.au/publictenders.aspx.

Agistment opportunity – Boyne Valley

GAWB has two properties in the Boyne Valley ready for a two-year agistment, both located approximately 20 km west of Calliope.-

‘Alpen’ is a 1146-hectare property and ‘Wooderson’ is a 1125-hectare property. Both agistments have a mix of narrow leaved ironbark ridges, woodland and alluvial flats typical of the Boyne River catchment.

Interested parties are invited to review our EOI terms and conditions and if they meet the criteria, they can submit an application form to contracts@gawb.qld.gov.au. You can also view an Agistment Agreement example as a guide.

Applications must be received by 12pm 1 June 2026.

Doing business with GAWB

We value the health and safety off all employees, contractors, and sub-contractors, and as a minimum, we expect the same work health and safety standards to apply to all.

Contractors working at GAWB sites must also ensure they meet the necessary site access requirements, depending on the type of work to be undertaken. It may be necessary for additional induction and training in the site access, permit to work and other specific risk processes used on individual sites.

Requests for endorsement or testimonials

As a Statutory Authority of the Queensland Government, we have a strict endorsement policy which prevents us from participating in anything which could be viewed as a commercial endorsement. This is a blanket approach to all requests and is in no way a reflection on our satisfaction of the services or products provided by suppliers or contractors.
